How We Lend a Hand

Libraries Need Friends = Fact.
The Friends of the Augusta Memorial Public Library’s goal is to offer support through donation requests, program assistance, volunteer opportunities and community advocacy with the intent of offering diverse services and collections that serve the needs of everyone in the community.
Our chief fundraising drives are the annual book sale and community donation letter. We supplement the library budget needs with ideas, materials, funds and our personal time and support. There is no cost to membership, we meet quarterly or as needed and we always welcome new thoughts, inspiration and Friends.
